I recently was rear ended on 79 in horrible weather out of state. Brian and every single other person I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me get my car towed back home to the body shop and get a rental. Everyone returned calls in a timely fashion. They made a horrible situation go as smoothly as possible. Thank you Brian and crew!

I have used this agency for years – They have provided excellent service – And a HUMAN answers the phone! – I have worked with multiple insurance agents for over 40 years – I have never had the courtesy and service provided that Ruscello agency provides to us. I had to fire my old agent because of lack of service – Several times when I purchased a new vehicle – they would not take the old vehicle off of the policy – therefore I was getting charged and had to fight to get the money returned.

Called to get coverage for the used car I bought. Was helped by Carrie I believe, she set me up all over the phone so I’d be able to drive it off the dealerships lot three days later like planned. Awesome service!

Caroline was very helpful as usual. I have used them for all my insurance needs for 45 years.
